Lincoln Logs requires a 2-night minimum stay. A 3-night minimum may apply during peak weekends and major holidays.
Yes, subject to availability. Check the calendar on The Cabin page for open dates or send us a message and we’ll confirm directly.
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
THE CABIN
Lincoln Logs comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests across 7 bedrooms.
Our cabin is fully appointed as a turn-key ready destination. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort, with additional blankets stocked throughout winter months for maximum comfort. Every bathroom is pre-staged with fundamental toiletries and makeup-specific washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with full-sized appliances, a waffle bar, a wide array of cookware, and pantry and food storage staples. For your convenience, we keep both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker in the kitchen with accoutrements already in-house to greet you, along with a robust snack basket as a welcome gift.
High-speed WiFi is available on every floor of the cabin, along with streaming-enabled smart TVs in every room. A washer and dryer are available for personal use on-site with hypoallergenic detergent pods and softener sheets. Central heating and air ensure climate control no matter the weather, with additional supportive devices on the property for your convenience.
Yes! Fiber optic high-speed WiFi is available throughout the cabin. Cell service in the Blue Ridge mountains can be spotty depending on your carrier, but satellite coverage in the region guarantees any call to emergency services from your mobile device.
The cabin has steps at the entrance and a standard bathtub in the main bathroom next to the primary suite on our main floor. There is no elevator or lift. If you have specific accessibility needs, please feel free to reach out prior to booking to help us better derermine how we can accommodate your group.
POLICIES
We welcome all members of the family! Up to two dogs are permitted per stay. A $75 non-refundable pet fee applies. All we ask is that pets refrain from jumping or laying on the furniture, and that any pet waste on the grounds is promptly and properly disposed of to minimize any interest from passing wildlife. We strongly recommend keeping dogs on topical or oral flea/tick prevention two weeks before and two weeks after your stay.
Because we are committed to the conservation of our wild and remote landscape, Lincoln Logs is a non-smoking property.
Family gatherings and celebratory groups are welcome, but festivities are limited to the registered guest group only. Day visitors beyond the registered guest count are not permitted without prior approval. Unfortunately, we are unable to host commercial events or parties at this time.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request depending on our maintenance and booking schedule at no additional cost.
GETTING THERE AND GETTING AROUND
Lincoln Logs is approximately 12 miles from the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, or about 18 minutes by car.
The final ¾ mi access to the cabin is a well-maintained gravel road with minimal pitch variation. Standard and compact front wheel drive vehicles are just fine in normal weather. In winter, especially if there has been (or will be) significant snow or ice, a vehicle with all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive is recommended.
Yes. Up to 6 vehicles fit comfortably on our driveway. 7-8 with creative Tetris skills.
Ingles Market and Walmart are both located within the Blue Ridge city limits, about 15 minutes from the cabin. We recommend stocking up on the way in if possible, particularly if you’re arriving in the late afternoon or evening.
