Lincoln Logs is a real life log cabin in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia, made for families and friends who want an authentic foray into the Appalachian hollows without the noise and bustle of a resort or pre-fabricated retreat. No lobby, no front desk, no curfew. Just the cabin, the creek, and the people you love the most.

THE CABIN

Seven bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a sunny lanai that makes it hard to go back inside, the main living space centers around a stone fireplace and a fully-appointed kitchen with an equally spacious game room on the floor below. Along the creek bank is a split-level dock overlooking the water with fishing access, a stone fire pit, and the kind of quiet that makes you wonder why you waited so long to book.

This cabin is our family home. We purchased it, we personally take care of it, and we are genuinely invested in the people, the community, and the wilderness that surrounds it. That means you’re booking from a real family who wants to deliver a stay worth remembering, not from a management company running a portfolio of properties they’ve never set foot in.
We have spent two decades in hospitality and two more decades traveling the world and staying in places exactly like this one. We know what makes a visit feel like home and what makes it feel like a transaction. We choose the former.

We picked it up, poured a little soul into it, and opened its doors to families and guests who, like us, wanted to experience a genuine piece of Appalachia’s rich and storied history.

The cabin was absolutely amazing!
My whole family loved it. Walking into the cabin casey and joey surprised me with birthday decorations, I wasn’t even expecting that..thank you.
Sitting on the screen in back porch was our hang out spot. We used up everything that was there, even the creek was used..

Great cabin in a beautiful location – exceptionally clean, stocked with all the needed items for kitchen, bath & laundry plus extra thoughtful welcoming touches. The cabin is cozy and offered plenty of private sleeping options for our group of 10. Two neighboring towns are within 15 minutes or so, and fishing was also nearby. Hosts were very responsive to any questions before and during our stay, with helpful arrival instructions and appropriate check-in to see if we needed anything. Good amount of parking for our 6 cars. Highly recommend.

My family has rented a lot of cabins over the years and Casey and Joey’s cabin is at the top of our list. Lincoln Logs has 5-Star hotel amenities in a secluded cabin package. The cabin was by far the cleanest we have seen, and we really liked that the location is at the end of a road. We didn’t have a single vehicle pass in front of the cabin for our entire stay.
Fightingtown Creek is my favorite river in the Blue Ridge area and Casey and Joey have a deck that is literally over the river. Easy fishing without having to wade, or morning coffee with a book and the sound of the River was amazing. Directly across the river is a picturesque clearing where deer like to walk. The nice new hot tub is behind a screened-in porch with an unobstructed view of the river area.
If you see an opening for your dates…grab it! Trust me…this cabin will stay full once the word gets out.
